TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Prices are valid from March 1st 2008 until February 28th 2009.

The reception to our office in Paris of your completed and signed booking form with your credit card number, will book your tour.

Deposit : 400 euro per person upon reservation.
Final payment is due 21 days prior to commencement of tour or upon invoicing.


Child discount :

 We can offer chid discount on our packages for children under 12 years old when they share their parents bedroom. This special price will be given when you chose the day of your tour.

Programs :
•
 The order and the content of the programs are subject to modifications depending on the group preferences and on the different locations of the hotels we work with.


Cancellation :

•

Up to 21 days prior to commencement of tour : the deposit.
21-15 days prior, 50% of tour price; 14 days or less, the tour is non-refundable.

If you reschedule your tour, the cancellation will be held to the deposit only.

We advise you to take a cancellation insurance.
